I've placed two separate orders! Can I combine my shipping?
Yes! Please send an email to cremecherieco@gmail.com as soon as possible. The sooner the better as I can't combine once I've already shipped.

If I order an in-stock item and a preorder item will they ship together, or separately?
All items are shipped together once the preordered item arrives. If you'd like to receive the in-stock items first you'll need to make a separate order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final! I don't accept returns or exchanges, please be sure to carefully read listings for details and sizing before making your purchase.

My order arrived with something missing/damaged/incorrect!
I take great care in packing your orders but it is possible something could slip past! Just send an email to cremecherieco@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue/photo and I'll happily fix it for you!

My order was shipped to the wrong address!
All orders will be shipped to the address provided. I'm not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure I have the right one for you! If you notice an error please contact me immediately by email.

Can you mark my order as a gift to avoid customs?
I legally have to mark the correct amount for customs forms (or I can be fined), so unfortunately I can't mark your order as a gift to bypass customs. Customers are responsible for paying any fees or customs associated with their order.
