Where do you ship from? 
Cremecherie ships from Australia! 

When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped out once a week. For International orders I ship everything via DHL which requires tranferring to their main shipping warehouse (takes around a week for them to be shipped to you). I aim to have your goodies on their way to you as soon as possible! ♡

For special events, new launches and sales, processing times may take a bit longer. (Anywhere from 2-3 weeks)

Will my order have tracking?
Only if you select a tracked option such as Tracked Parcel Post or Express Tracked Parcel Post. If you select Untracked Lettermail you won't receive tracking.

How long does shipping take?
